2012 update

Its been a while since I wrote anything new here (as some of you have pointed out to me!). Most of my writing and creating has gone on the Inspirational Image of the week. The last couple of years has been very tough going in many ways, with over a year of strange illness, accompanied over the last 2-3 years by an astonishing rise in my energetic sensitivity. I have also been clearing lifetimes of accumulated ‘energetic gunk’ as stuff arises. This is obviously my path, but not an easy one to go through! I seem to be learning some useful techniques as I go…

Those of you who are sensitive will know what I am talking about, being so sensitive to thoughts, vibrations, and all the changes occurring on our planet. Much of this change comes in the form of the Earth’s electromagnetic field changing in response to changes coming from the sun. These can be very, very strong and can completely knock us out.

On this website I have mostly kept my personal experience out of what I have written, but I shall be preparing a set of articles on this and I am considering creating a workshop on ‘energetic strategies to get you through’. In the meantime, I can thoroughly recommend the work of Master Dowser Michele Fitzgerald (in Sedona, USA) and the teachings of Drunvalo Melchizedek. Travelling to Sedona during May 2011 was an interesting (and challenging!) experience on many levels. Drunvalo’s teaching on ‘Living in the Heart’ is an amazing work, one that is still very much in progress for me.

The soundwork is still there, in fact it grows in strength and I continue to be amazed at the sounds which sometimes come out of me!

Updating website

A new year … and a new website template.

I’ve nearly finished updating the site, but the main structure is in place. Over a year ago I had to change server and many aspects of the site were no longer working after the transfer, so its been a much-needed job!

The shop is now in place where you can purchase my CD ‘Transcendence‘ (and I’m working on a few new things too), and I’ve reloaded all of the sound samples so they work again.

I’m also working on some new content to come soon.

I continue to be in awe at the feedback I receive about this CD and the effect it can have. Many people using it during Reiki or other treatments report that it feels like having an extra presence helping out.

Clava Cairns – Midwinter Solstice

Playing didge at Clava Cairns near Inverness, at sunset on the midwinter solstice (21st Dec 2007) – part of the Worldwide Didge Meditation.

The setting sun shines down the entrance passageway and illuminates the back wall of the chamber. Originally the passageway and chamber was roofed which would have created an incredible experience.

This year we had an incredible day of blue sky and not a cloud in sight – an unusual occurrence for us. It was -10C, so the inbreaths of my playing may be a little sharp!

After an afternoon of tremendous thunder, lightning and torrents of rain, the evening cleared somewhat (ie it wasn’t actively raining…) and a few of us walked out an hour to the local stone circle (ring cairn) for a spot of didgeridoo to mark the solstice. Truth be told there wasn’t any sun to see setting, but we knew it was over there somewhere… and played anyway. Our local sunset is about 10.15pm when these photos were taken (thanks Sean). Even with the thick cloud and mist it was still completely light walking home at 11.30pm.

Toning & The Language of Light

It often seems that we are toning and talking in a kind of language which spontaneously arises. If you think about it – it doesn’t work, yet in allowing it one may pick up ideas about meaning. Here are some thoughts which came to me as I considered what this language may mean:

These words, this language, is truth “above and below the level of ordinary language” – slipping past our concious filters to allow us a glimpse, a feeling, of a deeper meaning which becomes clearer. Like the sculptor revealing the hidden form, or a shape appearing through the mist – the sun comes out and suddenly, we are revealed.

Conciousness carries on this sound (whether we are aware of it or not), imprinting within us, our structure, our community-vibration. This sound, this language, is a transformer which, as you allow it, will carry you more & more towards the reality of who you really are. Your Home language, Star language. Soul speaks directly to soul – and your bodies respond! With a shiver, an energy, a knowing, inner feeling. In the Garden of the Soul, we tend you with Our language. Our language of Love. This is but a small expression of the “Language of Light”.

There have always been “Words of power” – you learn to create through your intent allied with these words. However, these words (the Language of Light) are an authentic pwer – they cannot be forced, but arise spontaneously, carrying within their wellspring of source energy – finetuned to that moment (NOW!). The finest expression of “now-ness”. Your reality is informed – and changes.

You will learn that this language allies with pure intent of love, healing, growth.
