The Gaelic title literally means the gurgling murmuring of the kyles (or sound) or Easdale. This CD weaves together 41 minutes of rockpool sounds, gentle waves hissing on the stony shore and sea noises. The recording carries the energy of the magical Island of Easdale on Scotland’s West Coast, on a beautiful calm evening.
The tide is a meditation breathing in and out, all that the sea does not want is cast up on the beach. Similarly, in meditation we focus on breathing in and out, and our minds release our thoughts. May this lovely recording be helpful in clearing and relaxing your mind.
