Colour

Sound, Colour, Shape: Octaves of form.

I have recently started to explore colour work, principally with mandalas. I am finding this (with sounding too) to be an effective way of moving energy. State your intention, then draw a circle around an object such as a CD, and let inspiration guide you. Maybe you’ll have a picture or colour already in mind, but more probably the design will reveal itself as you work. Its a good way of learning to accept whatever comes, with trust! With-hold judgement.
